2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to post abusive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content in custom wish cards. ShareWynk reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.
3. SW Points & Rewards
SW Points are virtual rewards provided for platform engagement. Points hold no cash monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the ShareWynk platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The ShareWynk name, logo, purple & gold branding, code architecture, and AI Studio designs are proprietary property of ShareWynk Global Innovations Inc.
