Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2026 • Applies to sharewynk.com and all associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to ShareWynk (accessible at https://sharewynk.com). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the ShareWynk web platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Rules. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use ShareWynk. By using ShareWynk, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access features such as the SW Points Wallet, Elite Wish Studio, and Invitation Creator, you must authenticate through Google OAuth or supported authentication methods powered by Google Firebase. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete account details during sign-in.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and associated authentication devices.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities, wish generations, and transactions executed through your account.
  • Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach to sharewynk@gmail.com.

3. User-Generated Content & Content Licensing

ShareWynk enables users to create personalized celebration cards, invitations, audio wishes (up to 30 seconds), uploaded imagery, and custom greeting messages.

Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over the original content, photos, and messages you submit to ShareWynk.

Limited Service License: By submitting or publishing content on ShareWynk, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to host, store, cache, display, format, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the celebration service and delivering shared links to your intended recipients.

Content Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights and permissions for all media, photos, and audio you upload, and that your content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or statutory regulations.

4. SW Points Virtual Platform Utility

ShareWynk provides a virtual platform credit system known as SW Points (SWP). The terms governing SW Points include:

  • Virtual Utility Only: SW Points are internal digital utility credits designed exclusively to unlock features (e.g., 300 SWP per Elite Wish or Invitation creation) within the ShareWynk platform.
  • Zero Fiat Currency Value: SW Points do not constitute fiat currency, legal tender, electronic money, securities, or cryptocurrency. They possess no monetary exchange value outside ShareWynk.
  • Non-Transferable: SW Points cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or bartered between accounts or exchanged for cash or physical goods.
  • No Expiration: SW Points in your active wallet never expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
  • Economy Adjustments: ShareWynk reserves the right to revise point costs, promotional allocations, or redemption mechanics to maintain service health and stability.

5. Payments, Pricing & Billing

Optional point package purchases and premium features are billed via secure third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). By initiating a transaction, you agree to the following terms:

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices are displayed prior to final checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currencies, inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Zero Card / PIN Storage: ShareWynk never collects, stores, or processes sensitive card details (16-digit PAN, CVV, expiry dates) or bank/UPI PINs on our servers. All transactions are securely tokenized and handled directly by authorized gateways.
  • Instant Digital Delivery: Purchased points are credited to your account wallet immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Refunds & Disputes: Payments, failed charges, and reconciliation requests are governed explicitly by our dedicated Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Users agree not to engage in any activity that harms the platform, its infrastructure, or fellow community members. You agree not to:

  • Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots to harvest data or generate artificial views or engagement.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach platform security, Firebase rules, or API endpoints.
  • Upload or distribute malware, phishing links, deceptive redirects, or malicious code.
  • Publish content promoting violence, hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or sexually explicit material.
  • Exploit bugs or technical glitches to artificially inflate SW Points balances or circumvent platform rate limits.

ShareWynk reserves the right to remove non-compliant content, restrict features, or permanently terminate accounts found violating these guidelines without prior liability.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ShareWynk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, error-free operation, or specific outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShareWynk, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, interrupted connectivity, unauthorized access, or reliance upon user-generated content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ShareWynk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms & Contact Support

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or statutory requirements. Continued use of the platform following published modifications signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
