We process collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Delivering, rendering, and maintaining your created wishes, greetings, and invitations.
• Managing your SW Points balance, daily login rewards, and transaction history.
• Authenticating user sessions and safeguarding accounts against unauthorized access.
• Enforcing our Community Rules and moderating inappropriate or abusive content.
• Optimizing page loading speed, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals telemetry.
• Responding to customer support tickets submitted through our contact channels.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We partner only with reputable, industry-standard infrastructure and payment processors:

• Google Firebase: Provides Google OAuth authentication, Cloud Firestore database hosting, Firebase Cloud Storage for wish media, and Firebase Hosting. Governed by Google Cloud Privacy commitments.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited: Handles Indian and international payment gateway tokenization and checkout processing under RBI compliance.
• Google Analytics: Collects anonymized platform usage metrics and performance diagnostics to improve user experience.

6. Public & Shared Celebration Links

ShareWynk is fundamentally designed to enable social celebration sharing. Please note:

• Public Wishes & Invites:When published with "Public" visibility, your celebration card and vanity URL may appear in public feeds such as Trending and Explore, and can be viewed by anyone with the link.
• Private Wishes & Invites:When published with "Private" visibility, the wish is excluded from all public feeds and search directories, accessible solely to individuals who receive the direct link.
• Do not include confidential personal information (such as personal banking details or private residential passwords) in public celebration messages.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active. Published wish and invitation links are retained based on the selected link duration (30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, 1 Year, or Permanent) or until manually deleted via your user Dashboard.

Requesting Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account, created wishes, and associated profile data at any time. To request a permanent data purge, email our data desk at sharewynk@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We process verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

ShareWynk is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). If we discover that personal data of a minor has been provided without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our servers. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted personal data may contact us immediately at sharewynk@gmail.com.
