ShareWynk is designed to be a positive, safe, and joyful destination for celebrating birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and milestones. By using ShareWynk, you commit to upholding these core values.
1. Respect & Personal Dignity
ShareWynk is dedicated to celebrating life moments. Harassment, cyberbullying, stalking, targeted intimidation, defamation, or intentional humiliation of any individual or group will not be tolerated.
2. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
We strictly prohibit content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, religion, caste, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
3. Sanctity of Privacy & Personal Data
Never publish private contact numbers, personal home addresses, private photographs, medical records, or government ID numbers without explicit consent. Doxing or exposing someone's private information results in immediate suspension.
4. Child Protection & Explicit Content Ban
We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, or sexually explicit/pornographic content. Violations trigger immediate account termination and reporting to relevant statutory law enforcement authorities.
5. Intellectual Property & Authentic Media
Only upload photos, artwork, and audio recordings you created or have obtained lawful authorization to use. Do not knowingly infringe upon third-party copyrights, registered trademarks, or likeness rights.
6. Platform Integrity & Anti-Spam
ShareWynk may not be used to distribute phishing links, deceptive redirects, malware, commercial spam, or artificially inflated engagement (such as bot-driven views or fake likes on trending leaderboards).
Moderation & Enforcement Actions
We employ automated filters alongside proactive human review to safeguard our community. When content or account activities are found to violate these standards, ShareWynk may take actions proportional to the severity of the infraction, including:
- Content Removal: Deletion or disabling of shared links, wishes, invitations, audio recordings, or photo assets.
- Feature Restrictions: Temporary suspension of wish creation, commenting, or SW Points utilization.
- Account Suspension & Bans: Temporary lockouts or permanent termination of user accounts and associated credentials.
- Legal Escalation: Reporting severe violations (including child sexual exploitation, threats of violence, or criminal fraud) to relevant law enforcement agencies.
